Madelman2050.com is dedicated to preserving the legacy of the Spanish vintage action figure line. We provide collectors world-wide with detailed information and the rich history of these iconic toys, making it a must-visit for enthusiasts. We hope to revitalize the brand and eventually relaunch the toyline.
Our Kickstarter campaign to bring you the English edition of Madelman 2050 The Magnetron Universe, a comprehensive, full-color, 288-page collectors guide to this amazing toyline funded successfully thanks to fans like you. We are so very thankful for the support. As of June of 2025, less than 4 months after the launch of the campaign, and a mere 3 months from being successfully funded, we have redeemed all backer rewards. It might be a record, but we don't really know! The book was printed in the USA as a hard cover in landscape orientation at 12" x 9", on 80 lb. gloss paper stock. It contains not only extensive photographs of every figure, vehicle and playset in the line, from many angles, but also the history of its development, credit to the designers and creative team, and even the mini-comics, retail and industry catalogs, and the patents filed for the toys by EXIN, the company that made them. Remarkably, it also features detailed photographs of prototype figures that were never released.
Although the book was printed to order, a few extra copies were made in case of damage or loss. These are now available exclusively through this webpage and our social media platforms while supplies last! Send us a message if interested.
